Rajamouli Happy on National Awards for Eega

Rajamouli seems happy about the National awards for Eega in the Best Regional film and Best Visual effects categories.
" We have expected the award for Visual effects by 'Makuta'. Many movies, which gave importance to visual effects,  have come in the last four to five years. But we have shown a small creature in animation  with human beings, which is very hard. So we have expected this award. I have told this many times in promotion but I am very happy at getting the award. Our country has a good name regarding graphics, but the visual effects are not much considered. But animators and India have got a very good name after Eega, in the field of Visual effects.
"The work for Eega was done under the supervision of Pete Draper in Makuta. Though he is a English man, we have changed him as an Indian and as a Telugu man.He had understood our culture, the emotions we love and our people. He had helped us so much in many scenes that how the emotions of the house fly should be and he had imagined them and said to the animators how the work should be done. The young animators have worked very hard".
" The producers getting the best regional film award is very satisfactory. Any other producer would have laughed when I said this story. But the producer Sai has thrusted this story and said that the family audience will love it.I have seen the effect that was created after the release in his face three years before. He had understood my vision and had supported me so much".
Suresh Babu sir said that I can take the time until the output is satisfactory, when we were in graphics work and I am very thankful for him.
Sekhar Kapur said that though the graphics were good, the film had been worked out only due to the acting of a great actor like Sudeep. We had expected awards for Sudeep and the camera man, Senthil ,who had worked hard for successfully showing a small creature on screen. We would have been even more happy if they got awards but we will respect the decision of the committee.
The national awards selection has been done very good this time and I thank the Jury
